If you like plants and flowers you can make a project out of them. Take the seeds of one particular type of flower or vegetable. Then split them up into half. Use the first set in a regular pot with no special additives. This will become your control group. Then use the second set of seeds with a healthy mix of fertilizers. Now record all the details of growth of the seedlings in both pots.
